 forgive me Father Vallias
for I have sinned

 ok, for those of you out there
wondering if I'm beginning to lose it
ok, guilty pleasure

 how did I get here?  ... don't ask
losing it?  ... maybe, just maybe

 sometimes I see things, I shouldn't be seeing
thinking things, I shouldn't be thinking
doing things, I shouldn't be doing
but it's always been like that
ever since I can remember

 getting to express it ... like this is a blast


I just found the sounds, then the pictures in youtube, joined them
and started remixing everything, together
in a semi-random fashion at first
forming a new picture
a few fine touches
the final buff
blog it

 just fun

being able to scream in my dream
whilst watching her moving like that?

 cathartic

ØFDREAM - TRILOGY

 in May 2019 a gifted young Parisian DJ took his life
he went by the name - øfdream

he had/has very little internet presence
stumbling across a YouTube clip w/his beats on it
masterfully executed





it was like they were unfinished pieces
brilliant and yet crying out for closure
safe to say that he started 
and I finished them

I took 3 of my favourite tracks from the 12 or so I found
remixed and did videos for each

 FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH:  
the story behind I'm Steady
it's all good - I'm steady

 a couple of weeks ago, I was surfing youtube
and came across this amazing track w/a single pic
there were no music credits

 I downloaded it anyway; imported it into logic and started a simple remix
adding instruments, voices & visual clips I found; launching it

 curious and even tormented, I scoured for more info
and found out that the music was of a young French DJ
going by the name of Øfdream and that he had recently committed suicide

 his internet presence is/was almost non existent
he only uploaded 8 tracks (that I could find) and this second piece
was one that felt unfinished to me
a more comprehensive undertaking
felt appropriate - more work
worth it

 it was my mission - to finish what he started

 envisioning collisions
converting chaos

 interesting that I found him just as he chose to leave us
every Øfdream track I've heard is brilliant
and we've lost a truly gifted musical soul
